Acts as direction point of contact for a customer once request has been made.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-Tasked with facilitating express and simple quotes and assisting with more complex project or custom quotes as needed.-Modifies standard product and/or develops new product solutions with the understanding of material and product physical constraints.-Obtains needed information from client to accurately address required product solutions.-Obtains relevant information from other departments within Nucraft as needed to develop differentiating design applications of Nucraft solutions.-Provides guidance and expertise in relation to product application, design features and capabilities, customization opportunities and constraints, technology integration, along with pricing and budgetary assessments.-Collaborates with internal and external business partners to ensure understanding of customer objectives and uses feedback to modify designs and to provide design applications and solutions. -Ability to establish cross departmental working relationships.-Generates creative solutions; translates concepts and information into images; uses feedback to modify designs; applies design principles; demonstrates attention to detail while meeting a client-imposed deadline. -Reviews quotes for accuracy and completeness.-Provides excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer needs and meeting commitment dates.
