CurrentSet marketing goals, objectives, KPIs that integrate and expand on the Foundation’s goals - brand campaigns, grant programs, editorial publishing, creative services and communications keeping DEI at the forefront.Serve as marketing consultant for various project leads within the Foundation to reach specific audiences.Develop and manage annual marketing and communications calendar and budget, ensuring strategic leveraging of the Community Foundation brand throughout the year.Leverage the Foundation’s digital assets, including website and social media channels, to optimize brand awareness, raise resources, and engage various targeted audiences across multiple platforms.Identify new opportunities and develop ways to proactively and effectively grow and maintain the Foundation brand Train staff on how to take ownership of and adhere to brand standards.Ensure that content including publications, press releases social media, website content, reports, speeches, and marketing materials that communicate the Foundation’s messaging aligns with Community Foundation core values mission.Write and develop thought leadership content for the Foundation President.Produce content to engage Foundation and departmental audiences: videos, blogs, reports, Annual Report, speeches, scripts, presentations, ads, marketing emails, landing pages, websites and more.Provide creative direction on design for both internal and external products and projects.Lead and manage outside consultants and agencies for photography, videography, editorial, ad buys, collateral development, graphic designers, web development, SEO, and more.Coordinate and manage communications projects from other departments within the Foundation.Use project management tools to develop timelines, increase capacity, determine workflows, and manage departmental work.
