Served as a primary engine of program management for USIP's Israel, the Palestinian Territories, and the Region Program - from strategic planning, project design/execution, and monitoring/evaluation, to budgeting, communications and reporting. Managed grants and contracts for regional projects and produced research for public and private dissemination. Built relationships and liaised regularly with colleagues across the diverse ecosystem surrounding the conflict – researchers, diplomats, activists, young people, educators, faith leaders, INGOs, policymakers, peacebuilders, and beyond. Planned, convened, and facilitated high-level dialogues for senior policymakers and analysts, and organized and led trainings for young Israelis and Palestinians in grassroots peacebuilding.

Produced research and analysis on regional politics for publication by the Baker Institute's Edward P. Djerejian Center for the Middle East. Organized and facilitated private roundtable discussions on critical regional questions, bringing together analysts, practitioners and private sector stakeholders.

Pushed forward all projects and management tasks that came through the Director’s office, from the substantive (research, writing, editing, communications) to the administrative (organizational and project management, strategic planning, event planning, budgeting, outreach, and fundraising). Served as a director's liaison, contributing to effective and efficient operations. Coordinated research, publications, grants, and events for the institute's Center for the Middle East, and expanded the institute's communication initiatives, including spearheading a weekly podcast.
