About Robert Beeson
Currently working in Des Moines on a large complex of data centers having just completed a 4.5 MW Data Center Expansion in Houston, TX. This was my fifth such project for the same customer since 2013. In between Data Centers I have worked in the Denver area on high rises and other commercial projects. Prior Data Center projects included a 6 MW data center expansion in Virginia in 2012. In 2011 I completed a tenant fit-out at Hewlett Packard’s Data Center R&D Facility in Sunnyvale, CA. Before that, I finished a 3 year work permit as a project manager in Bermuda including a Data Center for the British Telephone Company. My resume will reflect an extensive background in the construction industry for more than 38 years. While my experience has been mainly MEP, I also have 6 years as a Construction Manager overseeing all trades as a developer and general contractor and have a vast knowledge of all aspects of mission critical construction. I am considered to be highly successful in my profession and achieve all the goals my positions present. I have written and performed extremely difficult schedules to meet critical deadlines.
