Provide security services to maintain a safe and secure environment by maintaining surveillance of the hospital buildings, premises and patients to provide a customer service presence and to monitor conduct of those on hospital premises and to provide deterrence of adverse events Coordinate the computer records of the department to insure statistical accuracy of Incident and Investigative Reports to ensure confidentiality.Patrol all hospital buildings and premises according to procedures; maintain designated posts within the facility; perform courier services per department policy; control parking and traffic flow; enforce parking regulations and assist in lot control for plowing and maintenance; respond to requests for assistance within scope of service; consult with and keep the Director informed of activities, needs and problems; and maintain all required documentation.
