Ensured that the Household Pickup Service was a highly profitable fundraising campaign for the OFCP. Started off by successfully managing the Toronto office, an outbound call centre proactively arranging donation pickups for Value Village. Leader of a staff of over 75 part time telemarketers and admin staff, a dozen drivers and a fleet of in house cube vans. Eventually promoted to provincial manager and was a key figure in getting two other offices, Cambridge and Ottawa, automated onto the Teledirect International's Liberation 5.1 predictive dialer. This automation increased call centre productivity across the province by 50%.Developed, maintained and managed Access relational databases for the Toronto, Ottawa and Cambridge offices. Created new “retention” or “hot” files for the three outbound call centers in Ontario. At the time this was unheard of in fundraising programs with charities associated with Value Village.
