• Drive new business production at an insuretech startup within assigned brokers in middle market industry verticals of Manufacturing, Real Estate, Services and Retail. • Produce a new business monthly run rate of $500k. First Quarter NB production of $2.5M and $5M since August of 2019• Conduct onboarding visits and calls with new brokers for appointment. • Work with different regions of the country outside of the Mid-Atlantic remotely to produce NB and develop a market presence. The ultimate goal is to create an online portal that will allow the brokers to review production metrics with Blackboard Insurance. This portal would also lead to Claims, Resilience and Billing. • Participate in round table WebEx hosted by Insurance Insider on insuretech, specifically how Blackboard Insurance interacts with broker partners and insureds.
