Lead the CVS Health customer relationship for Bausch Health Companies

• Lead the CVS Health customer matrix team that includes: Aetna, Anthem, Contracting, Value and Access, Brand Marketing, Generics, LTC, Specialty Pharmacy, Trade, Medical, MS/Immunology, Rare Diseases/Blood Products, Vaccines and over 20 Regional Account Executives calling on the major CVS Caremark plans.• Directly manage over $3 billion in annual sales volume.• Directly interface with Sanofi senior executives during negotiations and to provide business updates. • Develop, present, and implement strategic, broad based, cross-functional business plans customized to Sanofi Business Unit needs. • Negotiate and enforce all aspects of the Commercial, Specialty, Medicaid and Medicare Part D rebate contracts.• Actively involved in brand pre and post launch strategic planning that includes leading ‘war gaming’ sessions and presenting to mock P&Ts.• Employer Segment - lead the creation, strategic mission and vision, tactical resources to launch a National Employer team of 5 to shape key market messages to national and regional coalitions and targeted large, progressive national self-funded employers.
