SageSure develops competitively-priced property insurance products for its highly-rated carrier partners and distributes these products through a growing network of insurance agents and brokers. SageSure offers 24 products in 11 states, managing nearly all operations for over 100,000 policyholders. As Agency Operations Manager, my duties include: Managing the daily functions of on-boarding new producers, terminating producers and monitoring licenses according to state regulatory guidelines and company procedures, Supervise agency support staff including hiring, training, and appraising employees’ performance; planning, assigning and directing work, Analyze and interpret state regulatory agent and agency licensing and appointment requirements, Create monthly activity dashboards for management to communicate the group’s performance, Establish and administer performance audits to ensure staff completes assigned tasks in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures, Establish, define and implement new policies and procedures to increase organizational effectiveness, reduce costs while improving service levels, Communicate with distribution channel representatives to resolve licensing issues.

Examine financial and management background documentation of insurance companies applying for business in the state of Florida. From there, letters are drafted and sent to the insurance company outlining outstanding current and/or projected financial information, as well as any other statutory concern or issues with the company. Separate letters are sent regarding management background information of officers and directors of the insurance company with outstanding background issues. This process is finalized with a summary memorandum circulated through management outlining the pertinent company history, ownership structure, financial information as well as organizational charts of the entire company structure. In some instances, I will make presentations in front on the commissioner detailing the company that is applying for a license and why that company should/shouldn't be approved for licensure.

• Responsible for running entire CHP Champions program, including managing over 100 coaches and team leaders. • Communicating and meeting with Chamber of Commerce, Principals and School Coordinators. • Teach and coach elementary and middle school children in public schools important exercises and workout programs in order to fight childhood obesity.• Manage other coaches and run programs at assigned schools.
