Working as part of the Inventory Control/ Quality Control Project Team, cycle counting inventory to guarantee accuracy, consistency and quality of products within the warehouse. Ensuring the orders placed on Bay.com are efficiently picked, inventory updated, tagged and shipped to national customer base. Currently conducting projects such as Consolidation of like product inventory, Creation of floor space/inventory locations and Arranging warehouse floorpan to maximize options of accessibility and efficiency.Receive product and allocate to appropriate location within warehouse for ease of collection.Constantly look for ways to improve process, remove inefficiencies and redundancies.

- Along with regular duties as CER was made Team Lead for a group responsible with inventory practices, restocking the store, and loss prevention. Duties include: Project Tasking: Team lead (front line) for pilot projects (regarding workplace efficiency and inventory control), weekly conference calls with other TOD's and Head Office re: issues/successes.Inventory: forecasting and scheduled inventory tasks with relation to daily manpower, entered corrections for inventory counts (changed at time of count), entered shrink corrections for inventory (changes made to inventory other than at time of count), actioned various Loss Prevention reports (Negative On Hand report, Top 25, Handling Units Not Received), troubleshooting shipping/receiving concerns, scheduled manpower for and worked sections of the weekly returns package for processing, arranged weekly shipping of product returned to warehouse.Day-to-Day: forecasting and scheduling of restocking tasks with relation to manpower, training and motivating of new hires, building and re-staging of displays for sales, actioning of specific Head Office generated tasks (TIME system) on a daily basis, weekly and seasonal conference calls with other TOD's/ Head Office regarding TIME/store set up.

- Worked as part of a team to ensure customers expectations and met and exceeded. Duties include receiving product from warehouse, stocking shelves, inventory count of product (cycle counts), sales, cash, telephone sales, processing returns of product sent back to warehouse and building displays for sale items. Additional duties performed: designed training package for newly hired CER’s for high sales season, designed training package for Product Return Process, arranged inventory counts for staff, entered corrections for inventory counts and shrink corrections, worked and processed weekly returns requirements.

Worked as an A/R Specialist in the implementation of a new billing system combining two main product lines (Paging and Cellular). Responsible for coordination of information and technical functionality between the Accounts Receivable aspect of business and other areas of the company. Testing the conversion of client information, security and functionality prior to as well as the Go-Live event proved that communication and multitasking were tantamount for success.
