* Placing regular job postings and following up with our caregiver acquisition channels including but not limited to: postings on myCNAjobs, Craigslist, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and other recruitment engines and portals, word-of-mouth recruitment, partnerships with CNA training programs, and more* Manage and attend job and recruitment fairs from relationships with schools to recruit employees* Hold job fairs at local office as needed* Onboarding of caregivers as required* Receiving and reviewing caregiver applications for quality and completeness – applications are delivered online, received via phone, and completed in person* Conducting telephone screening and in-person interviews, and inviting qualified applicants to meet with our staffing team* Conducting and documenting reference checks including work history, compensation information, and manager feedback
