Professionally, Rob is currently Manager of Auditing & Due Diligence with Trinity supporting Sustainability & Assurance including EHS auditing throughout the U.S. At Honda was auditing legal & risk requirements throughout sites in Canada, Mexico and U.S. at both Honda operations and companies in the supply chain. Previously, Rob worked with the Boeing Company Defense and Space Systems site managing an EHS team as well as driving to sustain regulatory compliance and championing employee health and safety. He served as the chief liaison with all regulatory agencies for 6 years.He worked seven years as a senior corporate EHS auditor for a Midwest natural gas/electric production, transmission and distribution company with facilities in 19 states and earlier as a junior EHS project manager / trainer with a safety & industrial hygiene consulting firm. He also worked with the U.S. Air Force as a Department of Defense civil service, environmental protection specialist / Chief of environmental management in his 32-year career. He holds a B.S. in Zoology/Environmental Science from The Ohio State University and M.S. in Environmental Management with the University of Findlay. He is a Certified Hazardous Material Manager (CHMM), Certified Professional Environmental Auditor (CPEA), certified hazardous materials technician in emergency response, and is recertifying to hold lead auditor certification through Exemplar Global for EHS management systems.Rob served as a local school board member (2008–2011) in the Lakewood Local School District. He served on a Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) 1999 - 2019 holding chair/vice chairman positions. Rob participated as a member of The IIA EHS Audit Center, is a Class 1 basketball official in Ohio and still enjoys teaching/coaching at youth and high school levels. He has been a volunteer instructor for Jr. Achievement 4th grade students (2007 – 2011 / 2018) in partnership with Boeing and IIA.
