Ensure all aspects of the operation are meeting or exceeding goals set forth by the operations manager.

-Encourage associates throughout the facility to implement principles of LEAN manufacturing.-Observe the operation from multiple points to maximize safety and production workflow. Encouraging all employees to be mindful of how the processes they perform impacts the next step of the production process. -When an opportunity to continuously improve is observed I seek out an appropriate time to address the concern and raise awareness amongst the group or individuals involved in order to improve safety or production standards. This is done in a way that allows for all individuals to speak openly about the issue at hand so the solution is more inclusive and fully addresses the concerns of all parties involved in the process. -Actively practicing these LEAN talks has helped encourage all employees to implement LEAN manufacturing principles into their workflow. -These LEAN talks are encouraged to be performed by any individual as they deem necessary within the facility whenever the opportunity presents itself. -Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and/or troubleshoot the following heavy equipment and ancillaries: stock-pickers, tuggers, sit down forklift, lead acid batteries, sit-down floor scrubber, horizontal automatic wire-tying baler, vertical manual wire-tie baler, styrofoam densifier, trash auger.-Schedule any maintenance and repair procedures that cannot be completed in house. Order any replacement parts.-Notate and compile metrics of recycling data into spreadsheets for later use to determine production values.-Schedule pick-ups for processed recycling materials.-Place orders for consumable supplies required for the function of the facility. Notate and compile data associated with supply consumption to more accurately order quarterly supply delivery. -Capable of assembling all type of items.

-Coordinating with various departments and customers to ensure optimal performance. -Inventory control, teaching/training procedures and processes, correcting errors in paperwork, developing new procedures and processes to negate potential for errors, scheduling deliveries/services with customers and various shifts/departments.

-Ensure associates work in a consistently safe and productive manner to meet or exceed the company's standards. -Tracking and developing performance consistency of individual associates. -Maintaining security of high value products/goods. -Quickly creating action plans to overcome unforeseen challenges/obstacles in a timely manner.-Communicate with upper level management to increase the effectiveness that they can utilize resources/assets.

-Operate an automated multi-process machine in a safe/efficient manner to yield a high production of premium quality brake/fuel lines for various automobile makes and models.-Check dimensions of the parts produced at regular intervals using calipers to ensure parts are within specific parameters.-Perform destructive testing with low strength acid and various metallurgical equipment to ensure the final product meets customers specifications.

-Provide high quality customer service.-Perform scheduled temperature checks of coolers to ensure merchandise is being kept in safe zone while stocking/rotating product. -Monitor and clean the floor so customers have a safe place to shop and any questions they may have are being addressed in a timely manner. -Perform visual inspections and necessary deep cleaning of the shelving to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the merchandising shelves.
