This position reports directly to the District Manager. Helped the District Manager with a variety of managerial duties in my area. Was in charge of 75 employees and getting them scheduled. Helped with hiring new employees when they were needed in an area. Went out on job sites to train and evaluate employees. Communicated with District Manager as to which employees would be good for promotions and which needed more work. Helped with budgeting projects and getting hotels and travel booked for employees. Worked with vendors to ensure that they were happy with our services.

Northeast Georgia

Under supervision of the District Manager I was in charge of 4 other employees. I had around 50 Home Improvement stores that I was in charge of. I was to make sure the stores were fully stocked with our products at all times. I was also to ensure that product was on display in correct locations and also cross merchandise where available. Worked with store employees to ensure they were educated on our product and up to date on any new products. I made sure that the 4 employees below me were taking care of there store and that they had what was necessary to complete the job.
