Supply supervisor for all parts and equipment related assets for Axalta Coating Systems in Mt. Clemens, Michigan valued at over $5,000,000.00, to include but not limited to both stock and non-stock materials.Responsible for the ordering, receiving and managing of all parts combining the SDI Zeus, Axalta Ariba, and Axalta SAP systems.Created and updated inventory management and control procedures; to include but not limited to creating 5S program, updating bin locations, creating database management system which leads to a 90% or better inventory accuracy rating.Introduced 5S program with updating staging and kitting area to identify old work orders whose parts can be returned for stock value and financial recovery; coordination with reliability, maintenance and planners in ensuring that all work orders are kitted and staged at least 7 days before the scheduled work, also assisted in updating the kitting process.Responsible for managing all vendor’s who have Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI Stock) in the plant, ensuring that 5S practices and fully stocked parts.Worked with plant reliability expert to identify critical spare parts and assets.Coordinated with all areas of the plant to ensure parts and supplies are delivered to the areas in a daily basis to keep production going.

Responsible for the financial analysis of theater assets and ordering. Responsible for the approval and delegation of multi-class supplies for the entire region.

Prepared and conducted threat awareness and multiple intelligence briefings. Worked with multiple airframes and resources, to include RQ-1, U2, F-16, and A-10. Worked with integrating imagery and human intelligence to create multi-faceted intelligence briefings.
