Maintain and grow base revenue of over 3m by cross selling and upselling Cloud & ICT services such as WLL - WAN - Office 365 - Migrating Landline & DSL Broadband to increase/protect core revenue on a monthy basis.

Responsible for new business, exceeded revenue target year on year. Previously managed the call centre both inbound & outbound. Aside from selling and delivering in a 250K + target this role involved pulling together campaign training documentation and implementation of training of the various campaigns into the relevant call centre teams including end to end campaign management in some cases.

Started as GO then Warehouse Manager worked my way into the sales office and from there into bespoke Engineering Technical Sales which involved consulting with the customer in relation to what there trying to achieve and then designing and agreeing spec/material/coating/cutting angle for CNC machines running 24/7 coupled with general engineering tool and solution selling.
