In addition, I act in-house counsel for small start-ups, providing a wide-range of legal and business advice, including contract review, negotiations, licensing and product clearances.

For over ten years, I have been trial counsel in numerous patent, trade secret and other commercial litigations relating to semiconductor processing technology, high-technology electronics, computer systems and software, and various other technologies. I also regularly acts as counsel to clients concerning licensing opportunities, patent validity and infringement and patent prosecution. In addition to my litigation experience, I manage complex U.S. and international patent portfolios, while providing overall counseling for the management of intellectual property assets. In this regard, also provide counseling related to opinion work, intellectual property licensing and product clearances.

I joined Ropes & Gray as part of the merger with Fish & Neave. I represent clients in patent litigation in Federal Courts throughout the United States. I also represent clients in patent prosecution matters before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
