Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of Teleco Augusta formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources. Direct the planning and development of telecommunication systems and network design.Establish network system standards and policies concerning connectivity, operation, and growth.Review analysis of telecommunication system needs and establishes goals, objectives, priorities, and prepares appropriate budget documents.Assists agencies in determining needs for voice, data and video transmission, reception and utilization; provides expertise in developing most effective strategy to resolve issues.

Position:Customer Service and Sales: Aquire new cabling contracts and new customer accounts for telephone systems. Resolve existing customer service issues; Obtain signed contracts and schedule installations. Train new customers on administration and use of telephone systems and voice mail systems.

Position: TechnicianInstallation, maintenace, and troubleshooting Toshiba Ctx/Cix telephone systems and Teleco voice mail systems.; Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting CAT5 and CAT 6 voice and data networks.
