Led a team that provided day to day analytics, trending, detailed reporting. Oversaw team developing dashboards and scorecards for the Southeast, Central regions in the United States. Developed operational reporting and forecasting for service delivery. Led a development team specialized in ASP web form and page development. Responsible for process development and change management for multiple teams within Sprint.
