Provides tools and equipment to support Daily maintenance on 28 F-16CG.DG block 42 Aircraft. Supervises the control and accountability of tools, test equipment, tools kits, technical data and excess supplies in excess of $11.9 Million. Coordinates and directs the issue, return, inventory, inspection, calibration and replacement of assigned equipment.

Supervises, mentors and trains two assigned weapons team members. Responsible for the installation and removal of armament suspension equipment, M61A1 20mm gun systems, missile launchers and adaptors. Interprets technical data publications to analyze malfunctions.

Loads and unloads MK-82 and MK-84 general-purpose bombs, BDU-33 practice bombs, AIM-9 missiles, M61A1 Vulcan cannon, ALE-47 Chaff, flare modules and impulse cartridges. Adjusts, installs and removes fuzes, boosters and delay elements in conventional munitions. Executes arm and de-arm procedures, pre/thru-flight, basic post flight and post load inspections. Performs functional checks on F-16 weapons systems. Removes, installs, disassembles, assembles and inspects parts and sub-assemblies for damage, rust, corrosion, cracks, dents and burs.

Assists in positioning, loading, unloading and safing of munitions. Executes arm and de-arm procedures, pre/thru-flight, basic post flight and post load inspections. Performs functional checks on F-16 weapons systems. Removes, installs, disassembles, assembles and inspects parts and sub-assemblies for damage, rust, corrosion, cracks, dents and burs.
