After 30+ years in the computer field I have hit a point in my life where I can do what I love most. Started in conjunction with a Dry Cleaner and made the move to OK in June 2015 for several reasons. Cleaner air and less market saturation with other computer repair shops top the list.

Provided 1st level helpdesk support for Hudson Insurance Group based out of New York.

Irving, Texas

Desktop and server support for the Credit Card division that grew from about 2500 machines to nearly 50,000. Managed and ultimately automated antivirus and operating system security patch deployment. Developed a standardized Windows Operating System deployment process. Created and maintained application deployment packages that could be installed or removed over the network. Ran a weekly conference call for any issues regarding the computer hardware or software for nearly 40 sites worldwide. Ran a weekly conference call for security patch deployment and antivirus issues as well. Enjoyed devising solutions to complex internal problems as they arose.

Hurst, Texas

Factory authorized ATARI computer sales and repair (32-bit machines) plus custom IBM PC compatible clones. My primary enjoyment was on the repair side where I was able to help customers with their computer problems. Mainly component-level troubleshooting and hardware upgrades. Also built and sold custom IBM clone computers running DOS and eventually Windows. Enjoyed helping customers decide what specifications to build their new pc to. This was in the pioneering days of the computer industry!
