I currently work as a Solutions Architect at Barone Consulting, LLC, and as President and Senior Lead Scientist at R3-Expert Analytics, Inc. My main goal is to facilitate the growth of these companies, as well as to support and further develop expertise related to hyperspectral remote sensing, data science, machine learning, and AI. My technical work has included spectral/spatial algorithm development and data analytics to interpret patterns in high dimensional imagery. Previously, I worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. I was also a Program Lead for the U.S. Government, having led numerous teams and managed many contracts across a broad range of research projects and engineering activities, including the organization of a number of large workshops and demonstrations. I've also served as a Research Scientist for the U.S. Government, performing many hands-on research endeavors resulting in patents and numerous publications. One example was development of an approach to improve recognition in hyperspectral imagery by combining imaging spectroscopy, spectral matched filters, and machine learning.
