Senior Tri-party Analyst  Determine the fundability of collateral by comparing a client ruleset against available collateral, via the Position Eligibility function in BNY Access Edge, or by examining the product data. Allocate all fed wireable collateral to tri-party shells and ensure all tri-party clients are made whole utilizing BIDs and dealer allocation groups.  Coordinate with internal and external clients and stakeholders, including Sales, Trading, Middle and Back Offices, and different BDS groups at the Bank of New York, to resolve a variety of ad hoc and day to day issues around tri-party. Pre-fund DTC collateral in maturing trades. Leverage my extensive experience and knowledge to reconcile stock record breaks. Serve as group point-of-contact for internal and external audit requests. Perform UAT testing on Impact and Access Edge technology enhancement roll outs.

Senior Tri-party Analyst Reviewed and set up new tri-party repo contracts in an internal funding and risk system. Ensured proper set up of collateral profiles in JPM BDAS. Performed a year-long audit of all collateral schedules between JP Morgan and Lehman Brothers to ensure interpretations are accurate and that funding is efficient.  Managed and balanced multi-billions of tri-party repo financing and collateral value by ensuring a complete and efficient allocation via JPM BDAS. Communicated with internal and external clients and stakeholders on collateral eligibility and other day to day issues. Implemented procedures where needed to improve work flow, improve collateralization efficiency, and reduce stock record breaks. Created new reports and updated existing reports with internal programmers to streamline work flow and provide information critical for MIS reporting. Developed good relationships with internal and external auditors while providing them with complete and accurate procedure documents and documentation to support their queries.Senior Clearance Analyst Assured all receives and deliveries are executed through the DTC system. Utilized various mainframe screens to monitor and facilitate trade activity and settlement. Called in and delivered all stock borrows returns and made all applicable entries to the Firm’s Books and Records to reflect activity. Worked closely with all other departments in the firm to ensure proper maintenance of all outright and repo activities.
