Responsible for managing all of the technical aspects of Aery's US Navy High Endurance Electronic Warfare Jet contract which is the follow on contract that combines both the US Navy's Contracted Air Services (CAS) Business Jet and Electronic Warfare Aircraft for Training (EWAT) contracts which is being upgraded from the Gulfstream I TurboProp platform to the Gulfstream IV Business Jets. Thirteen aircraft in all including two G-IVs and eleven Learjet 31/35/36 Electronic Attack (EA) and Target / Banner Tow aircraft.

During this timeframe the company grew from 0 to over 150 employees and zero revenue to over $200 million a year supporting the lease and maintenance of 7 Global Express aircraft plus over a dozen other smaller aircraft modified for tactical communications and data relay, surveillance, etc with much of the work performed overseas in extremely ustere conditions. Several of the aircraft supported by Orion/Tempus flew nearly 5,000 flight hours a year (each) with a 7,000 mile supply chain & no hangar.
