Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance at the Tomorrow River School District. Identify new facility requirements, responsible for monitoring and tracking of new projects and improvements. Provide management and oversight to 10 custodial and maintenance personnel in the execution of facility maintenance. In this capacity, created and implemented process improvements and measurements which directly contributed to a decrease in the completion of customer repair request from an average of 25 day to less than 2 days. Created a customer satisfaction program which contributed in the identification of areas in which our customers were dissatisfied. Utilized data to create a based line for a continuous improvement process. Customer satisfaction has increased by 90% compared to last FY11. Responsible for conducting lead site visits and performing technical evaluations of vendor quotes and offers to ensure cost efficiency and technical abilities during contract selection and awards. Involved directly in the Buildings and Grounds weekly meetings on behalf of District Superintendent to ensure accurate tracking of ongoing separate service and construction contracts. Reports directly to the District Superintendent on all areas of Facility Operations.Instrumental in the removal of over 550 sq ft of Asbestos materials from school grounds.Responsible for the oversight of a 8.5 million dollar building project that increased the buildings size by over 31, 000 SQ. FT.

Manufacturing welder, experienced working with robotic welders. Able to weld stainless steel, mild steel and aluminum. Capable of ARC, MIG and TIG welding. Experienced in maintaining all productions records and monitoring assigned staff of over 20 personnel on daily requirements.
