Responsible for product release operations including third party download site management and part number and Bill of Material (BOM) creation in ERP system. Responsibilities Provides IT and Business Leadership throughout shared IT business functions, IT Strategy Programs, (BRM) Business Relationship Management Team, (PMO) Project Management Office, (VMO) Vendor Management Office, Global Project Portfolios, IT Governance and IT Operations & Financial Planning. Manages global IT & Business programs and project demand across multiple disciplines (Infrastructure and Applications) and facilitates IT demand planning and management activities. Budget responsibility of $30M+. Is the advocate for IT in the Business Community (Sales, Marketing, Services, Finance, R&D, Engineering & Supply Chain), educates the Business on the role of IT and IT service offerings and is the Business Community’s advocate back to the IT Organization. Provides global program/project management and oversight over Global Asset Rationalization Strategy, IT Governance activities, SAP upgrades, maintenance & enhancements, CRM (Salesforce.com), outsourced Helpdesk (ATS), outsourced Developers (NTT Data) and Product Configuration Application (Sales). Manages Business Relationship Management Team (4) and leads Business Relationship Management activities for Business Groups as a primary interface with the Global Business Leaders. The Program Manager for the IT Executive Strategy Team responsible for development, introduction, implementation, institutionalization and updating of all internal IT (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures. Monitors programs and project performance helping to resolve critical issues that do not negatively impact programs/project execution, solution delivery and budget overruns while fostering strong individual and team relationships between the IT Organization and Business Community at all levels. Collaborates with CIO, IT Leadership and Finance Department to ensure effective IT Financial Models are developed, introduced and institutionalization throughout Global Organization.
