My role involvescreating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enable users to manage their Postgres instances withease.I work closely with the product and development teams to ensure that the product is designed to meetthe needs of our users and is aligned with the company’s goals.Recently shipped projects:- Transparent Data Encryption (TDE): User managed encryption key functionality that allows data to beencrypted at rest from a key management system outside of BigAnimal.- BigAnimal Monitoring: Monitoring and alerting functionality for Postgres clusters. Keep an eye on CPU,memory, storage and IOPs at a project level. Real-time charts allow users to not only administer theirclusters from the BigAnimal control panel, but also monitor too.- Postgres Distributed in BigAnimal: Five nines of availability for your Postgres application. The Experience team played a pivotal role in implementing modern practices within an establishedPostgres company. Design at Anomali took manyforms, from sketching a concept on a whiteboard, to building a fully interactive Axure prototypes, tospeccing out a new UI component's parameters in Sketch and React.Notable projects — Designing end to end flows for Anomali Investigations, a visual tool for researchingcyber security incidents in the browser. Users could action alerts, identify Indicators of Compromise(IOCs), prepare incident reports and create event driven integrations with key components of securityinfrastructure. Anomali Lens (now Copilot) is a Natural Language Processing (NLP) browser extensionwhich detects threats from web content, generates bulletins, starts investigations and maps to theMITRE ATT&CK framework.
