As a property professional with wide ranging experience, I am able to add value to a broad spectrum of real estate projects both for my clients and as a principal.I have worked on a wide variety of commercial and major residential real estate projects in many different markets but have been focused on California for the last 30 years. My experience includes land assembly and entitlement / governmental approvals. I have negotiated numerous joint ventures and financing agreements.I have provided strategic real estate advice to a variety of real estate owners, lenders, corporations and governmental agencies (including the UK Government).I have acted as Court Appointed Receiver at the request of Wells Fargo Bank and JP Morgan Chase.I am particularly interested in creating sustainable communities, not just green buildings but creating an environment on either a large or small scale that will promote a happier, healthier lifestyle with a lower impact on the planet.
