Managed team of consultants in specialty bank and non-bank assignments focused exclusively on solutions involving risk management, asset management and disposition of distressed loan portfolios. Managed and /or implemented specific bank consulting assignments that included credit workouts, due diligence services, loan restructuring, and portfolio repositioning /asset disposition of OEAM's, Substandard Credits, Pending Foreclosures and OREO. Assisted clients in their efforts to re-trade and reposition certain non-performing assets for potential sale to investors. Managed the due diligence portfolio reviews for asset valuation associated with investor FDIC bank bids. Worked as a special asset officer/consultant in complex workouts and assisted bank borrowers with commercial short sale mediation work. Aside from special assets has performed other bank related work such as loan reviews, annual reviews and underwriting and problem loan management which included negotiating TDRs (Troubled Debt Restructures), forbearance agreements, asset sale and preparing FAS 114 Impairment calculations. “Re-trade” notes sold in pools to new owners to help achieve desired goals for initial investors.
