I am currently the Program Director of the iostudio Web Support Team. We provide lead generation service to the United States Navy and Navy Reserve via the 800 USA-NAVY/USA-USNR Call Center as well as The Army National Guard's 1-800-Go-Guard Call Center. We are a Customer Service/Lead Generation tool for the Army National Guard Recruiting effort via the nationalguard.com web site. We have two separate Teams who engage with both potential enlistees/Leads, Current Service members, Veterans, Family members and others who have questions regarding the United States Navy, Navy Reserve and The Army National Guard. We do so via, Chat, Mobile Chat, SMS Text and phone.

Supervised, coordinated and implemented plans and procedures for a Recruiting Battalion in support of recruiters and Store Front Recruiting stations, maintained recruiting Battalions records and reports recruiting force achievement and shortfalls to evaluate organizational and individual recruiting performance; assists in overseeing the enlistment processing of approximately 200 applicants per month; coordinates the processing of enlistment waivers, special missions, recruiter awards, and ensures regulatory compliance in all areas of concern.Ensured that all communication and detailed information to operate the battalion to success by mission accomplishment was maintained.Served as the Operations and management advisor for NCOIC's, MEPS Guidance Counselors, and over 129 Army National Guard Recruiters; converted complex information and instruction on current regulation eligibility and enlistment standards of applicants processing for the United States Army National Guard's broad spectrum of training program options, to include Reserve Officers Training Corps/Simultaneous Membership Program, (ROTC/SMP), Army Civilian Acquired Skills Program (ACASP), and inter-service transfers.

Supervised the Army National Guard Liaison Office in the Nashville Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) for applicants from the States of KY. TN and AL. Reviews each applicants mental moral and physical qualifications to assure they meet recruiting standards; selects optimum military occupational specialty for enlistment based on the Army s need and the applicants interests; affects enlistment contracts for new enlistees and incentive contracts of up to $ 20,000 per qualified enlistee.Responsible for interviewing and processing qualified applicants for enlistment while maintaining the Army Values; responsible for presenting, counseling, and recommending courses of action of specific enlistment options as a viable career; discusses individual goals pertaining to training, education and promotional opportunities; utilizes extensive technical knowledge of regulations, automated systems and advanced techniques to influence prospective enlistees; ensures quality control for all electronic paperwork, enlistment security screenings, and reserve accessions procedures.Serves as a guidance counselor at a Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS); responsible for matching enlistee qualifications with Army National Guard job and training requirements, review enlistment packets for quality and ensures minimal error; builds a partnership and a thorough understanding of the MOS and options with perspective enlistees; responsible for ensuring the enlistment paperwork of all recruits shipping to basic training is accurate and complete.Utilized the following applications and software:ARISS, REQUEST, AUVS, JEMRS, USMIRS, Leader Zone and other associated software.
