I started Hexprint in August 2002 with just a desk and a phone and within five years built the business up to a one million pound turnover company. Producing work for Blue Chip clients including Microsoft, Sega Europe and The Body Shop.My role in the business was to oversee and run the complete operation, making sure projects were running smoothly and production had everything at their disposal to deliver to service our clients deserved. I implemented at an early stage FSC accreditation and environmental policies that went beyond the "normal" standards of our competitors. These standards included working closely with our supplier network and pushing forward their standards to align with the philosophy and mindset that we worked to. I also worked closely with the new business team to ensure we had a clear message and strong sales pipeline, this did not just include marketing and client management but a strategic positioning of the business.
