I am a qualified solicitor for over 30 years with experience in over 12,000 personal injury serious injury claims arising from road traffic accidents, accidents at work or in a public place, industrial diseases, medical negligence and product liability. I also represent individuals challenging Wills.Strategising and planning each case, I ensure a quick, convenient, stress free and responsive service, whilst always striving to obtain the best outcome for every one of my clients.Planning cases with our HOMS Assist solicitors and claims handlers, we achieve both short term and long terms solutions for our clients. I travel nationwide meeting clients - from Donegal to Waterford, Wicklow to Galway.I am a very competitive person with a keen mind for strategy. In my spare time I am a evergreen marathon runner, competitive sailor and passionate rugby supporter at club level. I qualified for and ran the Boston marathon three times and I am one of the first 5000 Abbot World Series medal holders.Law runs in the family! Of my five children, one is in-house counsel in global tech company and another is a partner in New York law firm. I enjoy learning and innovating through reading, further education and travel. I hold first class honours qualifications in law, taxation and management. I am also a qualified Tax Consultant and Trust Estate Practitioner. Most recently completing a diploma in Strategic Growth with UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
