I had the amazing opportunity to lead a weekly networking group that was focused around small business owners making connections and growing their businesses. T

As a director I was responsible for meeting with local business owners who were interested in building their business by starting or joining a BNI chapter. This was done by setting up and atending meetings and identifying and coaching the business owners who exemplified the BNI core values. I had the opportunity to speak to countless new groups who were having visitors days with the intention of having these visitors join BNI. Successfully helped launch a chapter and through my speaking I helped grow BNI membership.

I knew that I've always loved speaking in front of a crowd. I remember being younger and the thought of speaking in front of people, acting on stage or simply being self expressed was invigorating. I felt alive. At that time I did not know what that feeling was or how it would play itself out in the various aspects of my life as I grew older. Seven years in the real estate world and five in the social media world has allowed me the opportunity to connect with thousands of business owners. Centersphere- Regional Director/ Networking ExtraordinaireMay 2014-Feb 2016Centerspehere is a new type of networking group that started in Nebraska. I was chosen to bring Center Sphere to Arizona. I was charged with building chapters with successful chapter presidents who were all about developing authentic relationships and creating a place where other businesses had access to do the same. We strive to provide empowerment to business owners while teaching them how to be successful within their communities by building referrals based on relationships. As a Regional Director of Arizona it was my responsibility to help find the presidents of our chapters and to create the best possible environment for members to focus on cultivating a network where they can gain quality referrals. Centersphere utilizes weekly meetings integrating different relevant topics to provide the tools for our members to succeed in the community while also grow their businesses.When I left the organization there were 3 chapters in Arizona and an established foundation locally to continue to grow.
