Supervise and delegate responsibilities to employees. Help maintain a "customer focused" mentality in the store. Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the commercial & wholesale accounts and the do-it-yourself public. Helps to establish individual parts inventory levels and balances them for maximum turnover.Monitors and adjusts inventory to maximize customer service and minimize obsolescence.

Calculate and prepare customer billing using compiled documents and records, such as purchase orders, sales tickets, and hotel records. Maintain and input the billing records into the company's accounting records. Match on the computer to those on the receipts. Maintain contact with customers to handle billing questions and payment concerns.
