As the founding member of the technical and data conversion team, created the conversion process from the ground up and oversaw the process for all installing customers. Data conversions are as critical to a Phoenix install as the product itself. Almost all transplant centers are coming from a homegrown or commercial system and clinical and regulatory data/reporting are vital to the success of transplant centers. The Phoenix technical services engineers are staffed at the onset of the project and completely own and coordinate the conversion of data from the legacy system into Epic.
