Single point of contact for two Regional Sales Managers spanning Alaska to El Paso.Architects and choreographs the overall vision of our support strategy. Directs all support needs/proposals for the region including:- Consideration of all needs from regional/divisional/national partners (Implementation, Change, Builder, Condo,Bank, etc.)- Training to improve productivity/profitability/compliance/market trends based on reporting- Sustaining change- Onboarding schedulingManage decisions that impact training in the region by collaborating with key partners:- Conduct needs assessments on market/region needs- Create and execute on region support plan- Leverage key partners to act on strategy (Diverse Segments, Builder, Bank)- Collaborate with Change and L&D teams to gain consensus of key support network on delivery needs, forum and timeline (face-to-face vs. virtual)- Balance flexible activities versus non-negotiable deliverables- Own a master calendar combining national, divisional, regional specificsCreating a culture of support through managing a team of Retail Performance Coaches across a 6 state territory. - Retail Performance Coaches sustain and improve leadership and team member performance by consulting with sales and processing team members and leaders on emerging risks and areas of opportunity, reinforce new initiatives post roll-out and onboard new team members (Essentials, Achieving Productivity, Customer Relationship Management, etc.)
