My background is a unique blend of marketing and non-profit programming in the cancer support field. After graduating with a B.A. in psychology (a long time ago), I worked for advertising agencies in New York and Philadelphia for 9 years. Following a hiatus, and a move to Salisbury, MD, I worked many years for Cancer Support Services-Delmarva planning events and services for cancer survivors, and marketing the programs to professionals and the public. Currently, I primarily work for MAC, Inc - Area Agency on Aging leading health self-management classes and coordinating cancer survivor programs. I am a Master Trainer of health self management programs and certified in several programs which I facilitate on a regular basis. I also work part-time supporting marketing efforts for Karen Davis State Farm agency. I handle social media, community events and assist with business marketing.
