Much of my work at the Urban Institute focused on vulnerable populations and the intersection between where people live and what happens in their lives. After twenty-five years of conducting research on some of the most pressing social issues of our day, I have solid evaluation skills across the project life cycle, seasoned management and problem solving abilities, and a track record of fund raising. I specialize in investigating housing and community development efforts with experience in federal interventions such as CDBG, public and assisted housing, and the recent generation of comprehensive community development initiatives like Choice and Promise Neighborhoods.
