Primary point of contact for government regulatory bodies in the states of UT and PA for state seed-to-sale tracking system software management.Responsible for project P&L as well as stakeholder management, change management, vendor management, risk mitigation, and internal strategy improvement for high-priority contracts.Accountable for product support metrics and internal process improvement using Agile Project Management to improve NPS and other KPI’s to meet SLA’s.Perform quality control on projects throughout development and work with Product Manager to maintain company standards.

Manage all custom-built compressor control projects for power plants and refineries in the United States and surrounding regions including Central and South America as well as occasional projects in Europe and Africa.Accountable for all aspects of scope and budget management for US projects including resource allocation, Management of Change, KPIs, P&L, and deliverables for up to 17 simultaneous projects with a 9 figure total value.Full project lifecycle management with 7 indirect reports and 1 direct report including hardware and software engineering teams.

In this position, I supported large-scale deepwater projects by installing and servicing subsea drilling equipment, submitting daily activity reports to project stakeholders. I led teams of onshore and offshore personnel dedicated to troubleshooting issues with subsea drilling equipment. I led root cause analysis of nonconforming conditions. At each site, I coordinated and led toolbox talks, JSAs, and secured necessary permits. I also led inventory control for tooling and spares. Key projects included the installation and commissioning of subsea drilling systems equipment in the US Gulf of Mexico and French Guiana in water depths of up to 9,553ft.

Here, I managed surface wellhead inventory at an FMC facility producing $5M in monthly revenue, inspecting and preparing equipment for upcoming jobs. For equipment needing repair, I worked with the Workshop Supervisor to prioritize maintenance based on upcoming jobs. I used SAP to manage inventory, MIGO, Stock Transfer Order, MMBE, MDO4 transactions, and Sales Orders. I developed forecasts of spares and consumables required for upcoming projects in order to guide procurement decisions.

I was hired to install and service company equipment at client sites, including investigations of damaged equipment. Equipment serviced in this role included the FMC Conventional Wellhead System, FMC DTO Wellhead System, and PBMO, IS, and VR Lubricators. I managed a rig crew focused on minimizing downtime in operations, as well as third party contractors.
