Since 1996, Ron has been providing mediation services on a variety of matters, including construction claims, construction defects, business disputes, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, and personal injury. With more than thirty-five years of litigation experience, Ron is a member of the state bars of California, Utah, and Arizona. In his litigation and trial practice, Ron resolved hundreds of millions of dollars in claims. He has extensive experience in commercial civil litigation, although he has also represented tort victims over the years. One such case resulted in a jury verdict against a Fortune 100 company. Early in his career, Mr. White represented insurance companies in coverage disputes, bad faith cases, and in the defense of malpractice claims. Later, he represented policy holders in claims against insurance companies. He has a variety of other commercial litigation experience that includes general business disputes, construction claims, construction defect claims, environmental disputes, and real estate claims. He was a member of the Plaintiffs Liaison Committee to the Los Angeles Superior Court for the Northridge earthquake litigation. He has represented cities, counties and other public agencies, large corporations and small businesses, individuals and associations.
