Responsible for line management of the Quantity Surveying, Land Surveying and Administrative departments, and for mobilisation and demobilisation of local and expatriate staff, housing, etc. Regularly deputised as Chief Resident Engineer, including an extended period of approximately 4 months, taking full responsibility for project delivery over that period.Key contributions included establishing the processes and procedures required for administration of the contract including filing systems, communication protocols, change control procedures, etc. Lesotho Highlands Development Agency, Katse Dam Lesotho August 1994 – October 1998 (FIDIC Red Book, remeasurable, £375m)Senior Contracts Engineer responsible for ensuring proper administration of the contract.
