My role at eMagazines is the Director of Client Solutions for the sales team in Chicago. In this role I demo digital products on sales calls such as Apps (iOS + Google Play), Apple News +, web-based delivery of issues, custom subscription pages, and fulfillment integration. During the sales process, we customize our solutions to the needs of each brand. I create demos of magazine issues to show the publisher how great our digital layout looks on mobile devices. Post-sales, I am apart of the onboarding team that guides publishers through the process to get them on the eMagazine platform. Using Jira, I create tickets and manage the project until the publisher launches on our platform. Post-launch, I provide guidance and support for each publisher. I also train new publishers how to use the SAAS based software. Being an Apple News + preferred provider, I am also part of the production and review team to that delivers content to that platform. As an underwriter, I handle all documentation, webinars, and internal and external marketing while optimizing the software to improve the client user experience.

I also managed developer accounts and app submissions for iOS and Google Play on the publisher’s behalf.

My primary task was supporting all aspects of the Aquafadas software solution for English-speaking clients. Responsible for developing the curriculum and training students to develop the skills to be proficient in Adobe Suite applications like InDesign, Typography, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, XML, Acrobat, and Portfolio building. Highlights and Achievements: Built a complete catalogue workflow driven by XML that fed both InDesign and Dreamweaver documents. Conducted photo shoots with the photography students to get content for the graphic art students major poster project.

Lead field engineer who implemented digital asset management, web content management, and workflow management implementations on behalf of DPCI's customers. Managed the K4 Support team for McGraw Hill Education to solve issues within the K4 editorial setup and workflow consultation. Managed and troubleshot all technical issues with Adobe software applications (PDF, InCopy, InDesign) and installation. I had direct contact with the Adobe Support team so that when they knew I found a true “bug,” a Rapid Release fix was then delivered quickly. I was also the lead K4 Project Manager, trainer, and all-around trouble-shooter at DPCI for K4 and Woodwing editorial workflow solutions. I often served as a liaison for the client, helping them communicate their needs to the developers.
