Guide the development and implementation of Urban Teacher's curricular and coaching programs. Organize and support a team of Content Directors who provide on-site support across three sites as well as lead development of program design. Collaborate with Johns Hopkins University to coordinate implementation of the master's program.

Manage the development and implementation of early childhood literacy support to districts and learning agencies across the country. Craft professional development plans with district personnel. Develop professional development trainings and product support tools. Support fundraising efforts with local and national foundations and individual donors.

Develop and deliver literacy professional development modules to teachers and administrators in elementary, middle, and high schools in struggling urban school districts.

Manage the Fund for Educational Excellence’s school reform initiative for grades K- 8. Organize and oversee the implementation of a school reform initiative in literacy and math for over 50 elementary and middle schools in Baltimore City. Work as a part of the management team to guide and organize the Fund’s role and relation to the school system. Participate in district level conversations. Work with local and national educational and school reform consultants to support public education for Baltimore youth.
