In February 2024 I am delighted to have retired from day to day business life. My husband Kelly and I are off to finish our exploration of the world and just have more time with our family. Can’t wait for this adventure and still figuring out all the pieces that are next for us. I was privileged to work for over 30 years in the Oil and Gas, IT, Utilities and Telco Sectors and have been honoured to work with and learn from many of the most knowledgeable, professional people in our industry. In 2005, with amazing partners, I pursued a dream to start up Tricon Solutions where I could bring together my passions of building collaborative, high performance teams and delivering creative solutions specifically in the areas of Project Management, Organizational Change Management, PMO, Project Controls and Business Analysis. We’ve helped companies across Canada build or transform their PMOs and delivery organizations to add true value in the organization. Most importantly, we were lucky to forge relationships with incredible people that made all the hard work so worth it. I’m excited to cheer on the next generation of Tricon from the sidelines.
