As the BD manager, I am responsible for servicing both domestic and overseas sales and overseeing Taiwan sourcing activities.

Lorom Group is a leading manufacturer in automotive and communication cables in Asia. Our complete vertical integration starts from wire drawings to highly technical oriented cables and harness system. • Responsible for entire tier 2 operation with annual sales over US$150 Million.• Manage sales team of 40+ team members, reporting to president of the company.• Coordinate sales activities between Taipei, Germany, Hangzhou and Shenzhen factories.• Create Sales forecasts and enforce the achievement of these targets through strategic planning.• Daily tasks include team administrations, participating in major sales functions, allocating and directing new project resources, preparing and negotiating sales contracts/pricing, and monitoring regulating inventory levels.• KPI includes: Sales Growth and Profit Margin.

• Execute sourcing strategies for AAP’s private brands and source auto parts from China and Asia• Lead four sourcing/procurement teams, report to MD of Asia Operation / Dot Global sourcing Director at Raleigh headquarter.• Annual buying and shipping valued at US$200 Million• Set and Evaluate supplier qualification and establish sourcing strategies for all projects.• Lead vendor negotiation of contracts for pricing, terms, quality and delivery.• Supervise communications with other supporting departments: quality/logistics/finance/others.
