Duties included assisting site superintendent in beginning production and ultimately taking homes from drywall to home delivery. New skills included Newstar, Finishline & Wrike.

Responsible for delivering top quality homes to customers weekly. Daily responsibilities include conducting job site assessments with clients, inspectors & trade partners. Closed out the Parkshore Granite Trails and Granite Reserves project solo, including model conversion and orientations.In June of 2019, I began building models for the project Magnolia @ Cypress in Rancho Cordova. The models we’re completed by August. I learned valuable skills in extra options and decorator designs, as well as sales office process.In September of 2019, I was moved to Collina at Serrano to help complete models and begin production.

In between projects, I assisted the warranty team at Parkshore Granite Reserves and Granite Trails to solve problems found after close of escrow. This experience has helped me see where I can improve in production in order to minimize post-close challenges.

Responsible for expanding the largest privately owned fiber network on the west coast. Clients include small to medium sized businesses looking to improve their telecommunications with fiber optics and Mitel cloud voice phone systems.Company was acquired by Zayo in November 2016, reduction in force is the reason for my departure.

Responsible for management of Auto Glass Technicians ranging from independent mobile installers to large chain accounts. Territory was all of Northern California and Oregon. Conducted feasibility study on the establishment of a direct sales position and was promoted into the role.
