I am a 2020 College Graduate seeking opportunities in a variety fields, including Media Production, Museum Programming, Non-Profits, LGBTQ+ and POC Programs and Resources, and Higher Education. As a child, I was invested in stories. I read libraries worth of books, made up my own thrilling tales, and loved going to museums to explore the past and envision the future. I can see how my childhood interests influenced my adult ambitions. I am still dedicated to storytelling and I am particularly interested in the narratives of marginalized groups, histories of injustice, and social movements. That vivid imagination I possessed is still at work, and I am committed to enacting and studying social change. At Vassar College, I majored in Media Studies, developing a knowledge of new and old media technologies, and the impact of media on social, political, and economical culture. I pursued a Queer Studies Minor to explore gender and sexuality, queer theory, and LGBTQ+ activism. I was involved in the campus community and devoted to serving it.I have experience in technology, publicity, and service industries, as well as a passion for creative projects and planning, bolstered by a strong artistic vision. My leadership, originality, and active listening skills make me an ideal team member as well as a successful independent worker. I am a confident and persuasive writer and communicator with excellent technological literacy. My positive attitude and attentiveness make me a valuable and trustworthy employee. I have been praised for my patience and attention to detail in my previous positions and in my extracurricular involvement.
