Daily Tasks include:- Quarterly scheduled surgical team and patient floor staff education, training, and presentations focusing on increase program compliance- Apply consultative and strategic selling skill and technical expertise to develop and manage assigned customer base- Plan sales and service activities to ensure accounts are active and visited routinely- Interface with various healthcare facility departments while responding to questions and concerns regarding reprocessed products- Research sales and service data and prepare quarterly reports and projects for presenting customer cost savings resulting from program compliance- Regular meetings with account management team to review business status and proactively address concerns and/or opportunities with key and growth accounts- Ability to create and strengthen customer relationships, seeking opportunities to expand sales and service within the accounts and maximize revenue- Performed monthly product sweeps to ensure reprocessed products are properly stocked and on doctor surgery preference cards- Collections of product for reprocessing throughout hospital facilities. Primarily focusing on Operating Rooms, Emergency Rooms, EP/Cath Labs, and patient floors

Daily tasks included:-Ordering and maintaining reusable and disposable sterile supplies for Surgery and Sterile Processing departments-Assist Surgery and Sterile Processing department at satellite facilities with various surgical instrument, equipment, and supply situations and needs-Setup new facilities similar to main Sterile Processing department for standardization-Peer mentor and train new employees for Sterile Processing Department-Peer mentor high school students involved in the work-study program B.A.S.E.
