Ryan joined the Army Compatible Use Buffer (ACUB) Program in November 2023 in support of Camp Williams, UT. He finds purpose in a program that is an integral component to achieving balance in the Army's readiness mission, the environment, and our community. Executive officer who advises the director in all matters affecting the organization and ensures he/she has all the information available to make decisions and issue directives. Monitors use of funds to support training programs. Provides guidance and mentoring to personnel on military engineer tasks.

Analyst who advises and provides deliverables to the Utah Army National Guard on asymmetric threats and threat reduction capabilities or measures. Utilizes contemporary training methodologies and designs to develop and lead Soldier training. Conducts analysis to identify gaps in the client's training program and provides recommendations that will improve quality of training.
