CurrentAs the largest professional services firm globally, we (Deloitte) work in four key business areas - financial advisory, audit, tax and consulting. We provide these services to a wide range of clients and industries and coordinate across service lines to bring our expertise as one firm. I personally provide tax-focused post-merger integration services in connection with acquisitions, divestitures or other transactional events. I have experience with a number of industries but have spent time focusing on tourism & hospitality as well as the manufacturing and technology industries. Historically, I have provided business tax services including U.S. federal tax periods & methods consulting, efficient & planning-oriented income tax compliance, and advisory services related to accounting for income taxes under ASC 740.
